• Cookies or similar technologies used to keep you logged into features like chat

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement. Registration and account-related information is provided by a parent or guardian, not the athlete directly.

• Register athletes for teams and manage league operations
• Communicate important league, team, and schedule updates
• Operate chat, live stream, and related communication features
• Verify coach, team mom, and board member roles for access to appropriate chat rooms

3. Chat Features and Direct Messages

Our website includes team-based group chats, a league-wide general chat, and direct messaging between members. Please be aware of the following:

• Chat access does not require creating a full website account; instead, users create a simple username and password.
• Direct messages sent through our chat feature may be viewed by League Board Members for moderation and safety purposes. This applies to all direct messages sent through the platform, and is intended to help maintain a safe environment for our community, particularly given the involvement of minors in our programs.
• Messages, images, polls, and event responses posted in chat rooms are visible to other members who have access to that specific room, based on their role (parent, coach, team mom, or board member).
• We reserve the right to remove any message, image, poll, or event, and to restrict access to chat features, at our discretion.

By using the chat feature, you acknowledge and consent to this monitoring.

4. Live Streaming Features

Our Site may allow live video streaming of games and events through third-party platforms (such as Twitch). Please note:

• Live streams and any associated chat features hosted directly through a third-party platform (rather than our own site) are subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms of service.
• We do not control how third-party platforms handle data related to their video or chat services.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With coaches, team moms, and board members, as necessary to fulfill their roles within the League

• Request that a chat username, profile picture, or account be deactivated

Our programs are designed for youth athletes, and registration is completed by a parent or guardian, not the child directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.
